AMCOM EXPRESS

The new contract replaces the Omnibus 2000 (02K).  The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command announced the selection of prime/team leaders on December 7, 2004 for the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (AMCOM EXPRESS) Blanket Purchase Agreement program.
