Contract Background And Use

The GSA PES contract is a source for a wide variety of engineering services. This contract is available for use worldwide by federal government agencies and organizations. Agencies use a streamlined ordering process to issue time and materials (T&M) or firm fixed price (FFP) task orders for engineering services. GSA has preapproved labor categories and ceiling rates for each Special Item Number (SIN) listed.
